A new Senergy Neigbourhood in Clifton
Something new is taking shape off 33 5/8 Road. Palisades View is our next community in Clifton, at the eastern end of the Grand Valley, and we are in the early stages of bringing it to life.
Work is proceeding smoothly, and we'll have lots more to share about this development soon. What there is, for now, is open ground with a long view and a plan we are excited about!

Pricing has not been set. Once lots and floor plans are finalized we'll let you know.
Where exactly is Palisades View?
The subdivision is off 33 5/8 Road in Clifton, at the eastern end of the Grand Valley. We will add a map here once the site plan is finalized.
Will these builds be energy efficient like your other homes?
Of course! These homes, will be a mix of Gas and Eletric unlike our other subdivisions, and you can expect all of the usual energy efficiency features Senergy is known for, as standard.
